I hope that you love your purchase, but if for any reason, you are unhappy with it & wish to return it, please:
- Send an email to sambk1@icloud.com & return your purchase within 14 days of receipt of your purchase, for a refund (excluding any postage charges).
- It must be returned in perfect condition & in the original packaging.
- You will need to pay any postage fees to return it to me or deliver it by hand to my address (which I will email you). If you are posting it, I strongly recommend that you return your package fully insured as I cannot accept responsibility for any returned items that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
- When I receive your package, I will send you an email confirming receipt. In accordance with the points 1, 2 & 3, I will issue a refund of the amount paid to the original purchaser's card (excluding any postage fees).
Hopefully this won't happen, but if you do receive a damaged piece,, please:
- Send an email to sambk1@icloud.com within 3 days of receipt of your purchase, including photos of the damage, for a full refund (including postage costs).
